It offers a full view, that has the UI you know and love from the platform, but the quick search is a great alternative to find what you are looking for even faster via Zive.

Creating a central entry point to all relevant tools and websites!
The Links feature allows you to add external websites to your Zive workspace, making it easy to access resources like browser-based tools or company-specific forms directly from within the platform.
Links can be created and edited inside any collection. After creation links are also findable via the Zive Search and the most relevant ones are also displayed on the personal homepage for quick access.

We’re excited to introduce the FAQ feature, which allows you to document and share your company’s frequently asked questions directly within Zive.
Collection managers and moderators can create and manage FAQs within collections. Once created, they are treated similar to other content items and can be found as results in the Zive Search or as sources for the Zive Assistant.

New Homepage
You might already noticed that your Homepage in Zive looks different. We now present you the most relevant content right after you logged in.
Besides your most recently opened files and latest searches, you also find AI-based suggestions and wherever you have been mentioned (files, chats, ...)

On top of all of that, the search now dynamically provides you the most relevant suggestions, based on the available content and knowledge ... faster than you can type!

Every company has specific terms, abbreviations or nicknames used internally. The challenge with that: Often they are not generally valid and therefore not understood by AI, causing either wrong interpretation or effort describing what you mean.
These times are over with the Glossary, enabling Zive to understand your company-specific language!
Moderators can define the meaning of specific terms in the Glossary to have it considered by the Zive Assistant in any future conversations.

A click on "Moderation" in the Navbar now quickly guides you to a place where you can take care of managing verified and hidden content, as well as evaluating feedback from other users.
The icing on the cake: you are also able to find and maintain the brand new Glossary in there.
In the same step, we also moved all administrative functionalities in a separate "Administration" area. Here you find all the functionalities to configure and set up your workspace and, as a new functionality, you can now also see exclusion rules that have been defined.

We have added full multi-language support to Zive, enabling full global search, AI and knowledge management.
From now on, Zive will automatically detect the language of every piece of content and flag the results accordingly. You will see a small language indicator next to each results and you can filter the results by language.
But there is more! Hold your breath ... Zive is also able to answer any of your questions in the same language you asked the question in AND using information from any source language.

So here we go! We've just added an improvement that will display footnotes that related back directly to specific sources. This increases reasoning and explainability of the Zive Assistant dramatically and further allows you to explore the most relevant source content in depth.

We've just launched a new feature for detecting duplicate content right in the search result list.
This keeps your search result list clean and avoids multiple of the same documents or sites showing up on the list in a row.
In addition, this helps you identify the places of duplicate content quickly so you can take action to keep your workplace clean.

We've just launched intelligent search term recognition that will automatically optimize your search and filters based on the search phrase you enter.
Whenever you type in something like "by ben", "August 2023" or "from last week", Zive will automatically pick this up from your search phrase and set the according filters. In case you don't want the filters you can simply "x" them away.
