Is Zive ISO 27001 certified?

Yes, Zive maintains an information security system according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards and is independently audited and certified.

Will Zive use our data to train AI models?

Absolutely not. None of your data will ever be used for model training or fine-tuning.

What data does Zive access?

Zive accesses data and information that you specifically configure and enable in your Zive platform. For that, Zive offers a broad range of data connectors for all common business apps and data sources. Zive analyzes your data and builds an index representation to enable search and AI use-cases. No copies of your data are kept on our systems.

How does Zive enforce permissions?

Of course people have different access permissions to information within a business. Zive honors all accees-level permissions of the data source systems and translates them into a standardized format, making sure that both users and the AI can only access what's allowed.

How much does Zive cost?

We're offering a range of different product plans starting as low as €15 per month. Our plans are user-based and include a pre-defined quota for the connected data volume and AI usage.

Which LLMs does Zive use?

Zive has a built-in system that automatically uses the best Large Language Model (LLMs) for each user prompt. We support the world's leading LLMs and we have legally secured that a) all data is treated in compliance with the GDPR and b) our LLM providers never store your data or use it for model training.

What's the difference between Zive and ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a Large Language Model provided by US company OpenAI that is capable of helping with a variety of language-based tasks. ChatGPT does not have access to your company data. Zive, however, is an enterprise-ready business software that is tailored at businesses that want to integrate AI with their own company data and knowledge. As such, Zive offers advanced features for knowledge and content lifecycle management. As a European company, we comply with the highest standards of data privacy and security.

What makes Zive GDPR-compliant?

We host all our services exclusively in the European Union on GDPR-compliant servers, including third-party AI models. Any optional services or LLMs hosted outside the EU are subject to the US-EU Privacy Framework or GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.
